Chicken 2015 by Chef Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients:

  1. Whole Chicken – (8 pieces) 1-1/2 kg
  2. Garlic Paste – 2-3 tbsp
  3. Talhar Chilies – Paste 6 tbsp
  4. Turmeric Paste – 2 tbsp
  5. White Vinegar – 4 tbsp
  6. Stock – 1 cup
  7. All Spice Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
  9. Mozzarella Cheese – 100 grams
  10. Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  11. Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Take a mixing a bowl add garlic paste, talhar chilies paste, turmeric paste, white vinegar, all spice powder, corn flour, oil and to taste salt mix it well.
  • Now add chicken, marinate the chicken for few hours.
  • Then take a cooking pan add 1 cup of chicken stock and add marinated chicken pieces cover the cooking pan and cook till the chicken is tender.
  • When the chicken is tender take it out and place the chicken in the oven proof tray and chop the 100 grams of mozzerella cheese and add on the top of it.
  • Bake it on 200 C when its nicely brown take it out in a serving platter and garnish with vegetables and serve it.
