Ingredients:

  1. Chicken Breast – (thinly sliced) 1
  2. Salt – 1 tsp + ½ tsp
  3. White pepper – half + half tsp
  4. Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  5. Egg white – 1
  6. Oil – 1 tsp
  7. Bean sprouts – 1 cup
  8. Cabbage – (sliced) 2 cup
  9. Carrots (sliced) 1 cup
  10. Capsicum – (thinly sliced) 1
  11. Onion – (sliced) 1
  12. Spring onion – leaves ½ cup
  13. Egg noodles – (boiled) 1 packet
  14. Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  15. Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
  16. Oil – ¼ cup
  17. Garlic – (chopped) 1 tbsp
  18. Stock – ½ cup

Method:

  • Boil noodles for 3 min. marinate chicken breast with salt pepper, corn flour egg white and oil. Deep fry for 5 min and remove.
  • Heat oil sauté garlic, when light golden,  add all the vegetables with fried chicken,  and  add  Soya sauce,Oyster sauce,  Stock  seasoning m boil  noodles,  stock cook for 5 min mix all well Remove when mixture dries.
