Chinnoti Kheer by Shireen Anwar

Chinnoti Kheer by Shireen Anwar is a delicious and wonderful dessert for this month of Ramadan during Iftar. Try it and see how everyone enjoys this yummy and easy recipe.

Chinnoti Kheer by Shireen Anwar


  1. Milk – 1 ½ kg
  2. Rice – ½ cup soaked for 4 hours
  3. Khoya – ½ cup
  4. Green cardamom grinded – 1 tsp leveled
  5. Sugar – ¾ cup
  6. Kewra water – 1 tsp
  7. Almonds and pistachio sliced
  8. Silver waraq


  • Boil milk add in soaked rice.
  • Cook stirring for 15 minutes, add in Khoya, and cook till rice is tender.
  • Lastly add green cardamom and kewra water.
  • Let it cool.
  • Sprinkle with almonds pistachio and garnish with waraq.
