How to Make Charga Masala by Chef Gulzar ,

Chicken Charga is one of the most favorite foods of Pakistanis. We hope that you are going to love it because of the Chef Gulzar special masala spices that add different taste to the Chicken Charga. Mostly these types of dishes people avoid cooking at home but this recipe will change this perception.

Ingredients:

  1. Full Chicken – 1 ½ kg give deep cuts
  2. Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
  3. Cup Lemon Juice – ½ cup
  4. Lemon Pieces – 3
  5. Gulzar Special Charga masala – 1 tbsp
  6. Lettuce Leaf – 4
  7. Fried gram flour – 1 ½ tsp
  8. Oil – for Fry

Directions:

  • At first, mix lemon juice, Gulzar special spice and gram flour to make a paste and apply it on the chicken.
  • Now, wrap it with the plastic cover and leave it for two hours.
  • After two hours when the paste is absorbed in the chicken then place chicken on the steamer for 30 minutes.
  • In the next step, heat the oil in an open saucepan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  • When its done sprinkle chaat masalah on it and serve it with lettuce leaves, lemon slices and onion sliced.

Ingredients for Charga Masala:

  1. Kashmiri Chilli – 125 gm
  2. Rajhistani red pepper – 125 gm
  3. White cumin seed – 100 gm
  4. Long Pepper – 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander seeds – 4 tbsp
  6. Cloves – 6
  7. Green cardamom – 10
  8. Star Anis – 4
  9. Mace – 1 tsp

Method:
