Chicken Tikka Roll

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless skinless chicken breast – 10 pound cut in to ½ inch cubes
  2. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  3. Toasted cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Toasted  coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Red chili  powder – 1 tbsp
  6. Corn starch – 1 tsp
  7. Ground cloves – 1/2 tsp
  8. Ground celery seeds – 1/2 tsp
  9. Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
  10. Garlic paste – tbsp
  11. Onion paste – 1/2 cup
  12. Red food coloring – 2 tsp
  13. Plain yogurt – 2 cups

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add all above ingredients together and marinate the chicken.
  • Leave for 1 hour until all the spices have been soaked in.
  • Cook in pan sear flat grill at 360 degrees for 15 minutes per side until the chicken is tender.
  • Serve with a creamy yogurt sauce and fresh coriander in tandoori naan.
