Kaleji Masala

How to Make Kaleji Masala by Chef Rida Aftab recipe,

Ingredients:

  1. Kaleji – 1kg
  2. Oil – ½ cup
  3. Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp
  4. Sliced Lemon – 2
  5. Green Coriander / Green Chili for Garnishing
  6. Crushed All Spice – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – 1 tsp
  8. Garlic Powder- 1 tsp
  9. Fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  10. Citric acid – ½ tsp
  11. Carom Seeds – 2 tsp
  12. Crushed Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp
  13. Whole Coriander – 2 tsp
  14. Crushed red Chili – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl add crushed all spice, salt, garlic powder, fenugreek leaves, citric acid, carom seeds, crushed cumin seeds, dry coriander, crushed red chili.
  • Mix and apply this masala on Kaleji.
  • Now in frying pan add oil and add kaleji along with ginger paste.
  • Cook on high flame.
  • Garnish with 2 sliced lemon, green chilies and fresh coriander and serve.
