Kaleji Masala Recipe


  1. Liver (kaleji) – 1/2 kg
  2. Spices mixture – 1 teaspoon ful
  3. Coriander – 1 teaspoon ful
  4. Turmeric powder (haldi) – 1 teaspoon ful
  5. Red chili – 1 teaspoon ful
  6. Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  7. Salt – to the taste
  8. Onion – 2 bulbs
  9. Tomatoes – 2 bulb
  10. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp


  • Wash liver (kaleji) and mix it with salt and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take a pan and put oil and onion in it.
  • When onion becomes brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and garam masala and add liver (kaleji).
  • When water is evaporated, roast liver add all spices
  • Add all spices powder, red chili, turmeric powder mix add yogurt 1 cup and mix.
  • Add tomatoes and put it on fire.
  • Cover and cook for 10 min.
  • When water is evaporated and cook for some time and take it out from pan.
  • Garnish it with green coriander your delicious dish is ready to taste.
