Ingredients;

For Katori;
  1. Plain Flour – 2 cup
  2. Salt – 1tsp
  3. Oil – 2 tbsp
  4. Water – as required

Ingredients For Chaat;

  1. Chickpeas – (boiled) 2 cup
  2. Potato – (boiled) 2
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Tomato – 2
  5. Green Chilies – (chopped) 2
  6. Coriander – Leaves ½ bunch
  7. Mint leaves – ½ bunch
  8. Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  9. Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
  10. Salt – 1tsp
  11. Red Chili Powder – 1tsp
  12. Yogurt – 1 cup

Ingredients For Tamarind;

  1. Tamarind Pulp – 1 cup
  2. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  3. Salt – ½ tsp
  4. Red Chilli (crushed) – ½ tsp
  5. Dried Ginger Powder – ½ tsp
  6. Brown Sugar – 2 tsp

Ingredients For Tamarind Green Chutney;

  1. Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
  2. Mint Leaves – 1 bunch
  3. Green Chillies – 2
  4. Salt – ½ tsp
  5. Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Methods;

Katori Method:

  • Add salt and oil in flour and mix it well with lukewarm water.
  • Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
  • And roll a round roti of it.
  • And punch the fork on it.
  • And then shape it by placing it on round bowl.
  • Then deep fry the roti along with the bowl.

Chat Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients of chat in a large bowl.
  • And fill the katori with the chat.
  • And assemble it with yogurt, green chatni and tamarind chatni.
