Pakistani Thali-Lehsan ka Raita
Ingredients:
- Yogurt – 250 gm
- Garlic cloves – 4
- Water – ½ cup
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Green chili paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Take a bowl, add water, salt, cumin, black pepper, green chili paste and yogurt, mix well
- Now in a pan, add oil and Sauté garlic.
- When garlic is fragrant, pour this tarka on raita and serve with rice or as you like.
