Potli Beef Pulao Masala Recipe by Chef Shireen Anwar

It is not just about a dish with usual taste but a treat to your taste buds with a little change in cooking by none other than “Chef Shireen Anwar” that has given an entire new flavor, you ever came to taste.

Lucknowi Mutton Pulao Recipe Shireen Anwar

Ingredients;

  1. Beef- 750 gm
  2. Rice- 750 gm
  3. Onions- 2 sliced
  4. Ginger garlic – 2 tbsp
  5. Oil – 1 cup
  6. Yogurt – 1 cup
  7. Green chilies grinded – 6
  8. Green chilies whole – 4

Methods;

  • In a pan add 7 cups water, beef, ginger garlic paste, make a small pouch of muslin cloth.
  • Add in 4 tbsp pulao masala, 1 onion sliced, cover and boil on low heat till beef tender.
  • Then remove the beef from stock, measure stock and make up to 6 cups, sieve the stock, discard the pouch.
  • Heat oil, fry onion golden, add boiled beef with stock.
  • Add salt 1 tbsp, bring to boil, add in soaked rice, cover and cook till rice done.
  • Leave it on dum, serve with raita.
