Prawns With Fenugreek Leaves (Jheenga Methi)

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled rice – 250 gm
  2. Prawn – 375 gm
  3. Spring onion – 1/2 cup chopped (green part only)
  4. Onion – 4 tbsp chopped
  5. Garlic cloves – 2 chopped
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  8. Red crushed chili – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Take a pan, saute onion and srir fry garlic.
  • Then add peeled and cleaned prawns and fry on high flame until water dries.
  • Then add salt, turmeric and red crushed chilli, mix and fry for 5 seconds.
  • Then add spring onion and boiled rice, mix well and serve hot with padron de pimiento or as it is.
