Ingredients:

  1. Bitter melon (Karely) -5
  2. Water – 1 cup
  3. Cooking oil – 6 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Onion (sliced) – 1 cup
  6. Tomato (chopped) – 1 cup
  7. Crushed Coriander – ½ tsp
  8. Crushed chilli – ½ tsp
  9. Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  10. Chili powder – ½ tsp
  11. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  12. Green chilli – 2,3

Keema Paratha Recipe

Ingredients for Mince Filling;

  1. Beef Mince – 1kg
  2. Onion chopped – 1-1/2 cup
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  4. Cumin – 1 tsp
  5. Chili Powder- 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp
  8. Crushed Chili – 1 tsp
  9. Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  11. Tomatoes (chopped) – 1 cup
  12. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  13. Yogurt – ½ cup
  14. Oil – 4 tbsp
  15. Green Chili – 2-3 (sliced)

Direction for Filling:

  • In a cooking pan add beef mince, water and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • Now add onion, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, crushed red chili, garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder and cook for a
  • while Now add tomatoes, yogurt, cooking oil, green chili and cook it until tender and remove the flame.
  • Peel the Bitter melon and let the seeds out.
  • Now rub the salt well and keep a side for 1-2 hours.
  • Now wash it with water.
  • Now take a muslin cloth and put these washed bitter melons into cloth and squeeze it well.
  • Now fill the cooked mince in bitter melon and tied with thread.
  • Take a cooking pan heat some oil for shallow fry and fry these bitter melons until light brown.

Direction for Qeema Bhary Kareley;

  • In a cooking pan add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, onion and fry until soft.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook for a while.
  • Now add crushed coriander, crushed red chili, cumin powder, red chili powder and cook for a while.
  • Now add cooked remaining mince, fried bitter melon, water and cover and cook it for 5-6 minutes
  • Use fresh coriander and green chili as a garnish.
  • Your tasty Qeema Bhary Kareley now ready to serve.
