Thai Mutton Leg Roast by Shireen Anwer

Thai Mutton Leg Roast is Delicious Dish It can be prepared specially in Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan

It is served with Boiled Eggs & French Fries.

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton leg – 1 – 1 ½ kg
  2. Hoisin sauce -2 tbsp
  3. Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  4. Sriracha sauce – 4 tbsp
  5. Sweet & sour sauce – 2 tbsp
  6. Thai red curry paste – 2 tbsp
  7. Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
  8. Curry leaves handful
  9. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Baby onions – 8 – 10
  12. Boiled eggs – 2
  13. French fries – 1 cup

Method:

  • Boil mutton leg with ginger garlic paste, salt, and 4 cups of water,
  • until tender, keep aside. Heat quarter cup oil in a pan and add all the seasoning and sauces,
  • fried till oils comes on top. Add mutton leg with half cup water, and baby onions cook until done.
  • Remove on a platter, serve garnish with fries, baby onions and boiled egg.
