Mutton Kunna Recipe
Thai Mutton Leg Roast
Ingredients;
- Mutton – 700g
- Desi Ghee – 1 cup
- Onion – 1
- Whole White Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Green Chili – 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Red Chili Powder – 1-1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric — 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Mutton Stock – 1 cup
- Green Coriander – 5g
- Ginger – 5g
- Black Cumin- 1 tbsp
- Wheat Flour – 3 tsp
Method;
- In a clay cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to heat.
- Add onion, whole white cumin, green chili and cook until light brown.
- Aadd ginger garlic paste, mutton and cook for 2,3 minutes.
- Aadd salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix them well.
- Simmer for 35-40 minutes on low flame, then cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add mutton stock, wheat flour mixed in water.
- Use green coriander, ginger, green chili for garnish.
- Your tasty Mutton Kunna now ready to serve.
