Thai Mutton Leg Roast

Ingredients;

  1. Mutton – 700g
  2. Desi Ghee – 1 cup
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Whole White Cumin – 1 tbsp
  5. Green Chili – 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  7. Salt – as per taste
  8. Red Chili Powder – 1-1/2 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric — 1 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  12. Mutton Stock – 1 cup
  13. Green Coriander – 5g
  14. Ginger – 5g
  15. Black Cumin- 1 tbsp
  16. Wheat Flour – 3 tsp

Method;

  • In a clay cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to heat.
  • Add onion, whole white cumin, green chili and cook until light brown.
  • Aadd ginger garlic paste, mutton and cook for 2,3 minutes.
  • Aadd salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix them well.
  • Simmer for 35-40 minutes on low flame, then cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add mutton stock, wheat flour mixed in water.
  • Use green coriander, ginger, green chili for garnish.
  • Your tasty Mutton Kunna now ready to serve.
