Clasic Chocalate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sugar- 1-1/2 cup
- Oil- 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Eggs- 4
- Baking powder- 2 tsp
- Coffee- 2 tsp
- Cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
- Cake flour- 2 cups
- Plain chocolate- 100 grams
Method:-
take a bowl, beat butter, sugar and oil . Then add vanilla essence and eggs, beat well. Now add
baking powder, coffee, cocoa powder and cake flour. Fold with spoon and pour the mixture in a
grease tin. Bake for 30 minutes on preheated oven on 180 degree. When its done melt plain chocolate
in a double boiler . Pour over cake. Garnish with cherries if desired. Serve with tea or coffee,
