- Avocado, peeled – 1 ripe
- Whole milk – 2 cups
- Protein powder – 1 scoop flavorless whey
- Cottage cheese – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 2 tbs
- Pistachios for garnish
Instructions;
- Place peeled avocado, milk, protein powder, honey, and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese in a blender.
